Winfred Clarke is a Project Accountant with Logistic Management Institute (LMI) in McLean Virginia, a not-for profit institution, dedicated to solving the government’s most complex issues. Winfred joined LMI in 2013, after a three-year stint with Telos Corporation in Ashburn, VA. where he was responsible for all collection and product billing for the defense contractor. Prior to that assignment, Winfred worked at ICF International as a contract employee, reviewing grants for HUD loans to victims for Hurricanes Rita and Katrina. At LMI, Winfred is involved with Collections and billing in the accounting and finance division.
Winfred attended South Bay College in Los Angeles where he studied Business Administration. In 2012, Winfred graduated from Leadership Loudoun, a 9-month executive and leadership immersion program.
Winfred serves his community by coaching middle and high school basketball house and travel leagues and is a member of the Missions Leadership Team at Heritage fellowship church where he has traveled on several international mission trips. Additionally, Winfred volunteers as a driver for the Church’s transportation ministry and serves on the Finance Committee Board.
An avid sports fan, Winfred also enjoys debating political, international and world affairs but most especially values quality family time.
